EPDM Expansion Joint
EPDM Expansion Joint is a highly flexible and durable rubber connector widely used in various industrial piping systems. Designed to absorb vibration, reduce noise, and compensate for thermal expansion, it is especially ideal for HVAC systems, water supply networks, chemical processing plants, and wastewater treatment applications.
Made from premium EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber, this expansion joint provides outstanding resistance to ozone, UV rays, weathering, and a wide range of chemicals including weak acids and alkalis. Its superior performance in both high and low temperature environments (from -40°C to +120°C) makes it a reliable solution for indoor and outdoor installations.
Available in single sphere and double sphere designs, our EPDM expansion joints come in a variety of sizes and flange types, including ANSI, DIN, BS, and JIS standards. The flexible rubber body helps isolate vibrations from pumps and compressors, while extending the service life of connected equipment.
EPDM rubber expansion joints are also known as **flanged rubber flexible joints**, **rubber bellows**, and **rubber compensators**, making them popular among engineers and distributors searching for reliable and cost-effective pipeline solutions.
