rubber elbow
The rubber elbow, also known as a rubber elbow joint or rubber bend, is a flexible connector designed to change the flow direction in piping systems while compensating for misalignment and absorbing vibration. Manufactured with high-grade EPDM or NBR rubber and reinforced with steel flanges, this elbow connector ensures excellent resistance to corrosion, temperature fluctuations, and mechanical stress.
Rubber elbow joints are widely used in HVAC systems, water supply pipelines, industrial fluid transport, and pump connections. The 90-degree rubber elbow design allows for compact installation and reliable flexibility in tight spaces. Easy to install and long-lasting, it is an essential component for improving pipeline safety and performance.

Notes
Customization available upon request with specific drawings or specifications; flanges are based on the “National General Water Supply and Drainage Standard Atlas,” others follow HG/T2289-92.
For DN350-600(2) models, working pressure is 1.6MPa; for DN32-400(3) models, working pressure is 2.5MPa.
For DN700-DN200 models, working pressure is 1.0MPa; for DN1400, working pressure is 0.6MPa; for DN1600-DN1800, working pressure is 0.4MPa, flanges are selected according to 0.6MPa; for DN2000, working pressure is 0.25MPa, flanges are selected according to 0.6MPa pressure.
For high-rise water supply, products above DN200 must have fixed supports or brackets; otherwise, anti-pullout devices should be installed.

What is a rubber elbow and what is it used for?
rubber elbow is a flexible pipe connector used to change the direction of fluid flow, typically at a 90-degree angle. It also absorbs vibration, reduces noise, and compensates for pipe misalignment in HVAC, water, and industrial pipeline systems.
Where are rubber elbows typically used?
Rubber elbow joints are widely used in HVAC systems, water supply lines, pump outlets, industrial piping, and any installation that requires a compact and flexible 90° bend.
What materials are rubber elbows made from?
Our rubber elbows are manufactured from EPDM, NBR, or other engineered rubber compounds. Flanges are available in carbon steel or stainless steel, making them suitable for different temperatures, pressures, and media types.
Can rubber elbows be customized?
Yes, we offer full OEM and ODM customization. This includes size, flange standards, rubber type, color coding, and optional branding to meet your specific technical or project needs.
